IMPORTANT REMINDERS

By ticking agree on this Online Work Permit, the tenant/ representatives/ contractor agree to abide by the House Rules & Regulations and Fit-Out Guidelines and any form of violation is subject to penalty, work stoppage and revocation of permit.     

1.  All activities in the building must have work permit; secure and have it approved prior to commencement of any activity.       
2. Work Permits may be submitted from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5 pm.     
3. Work Permits should be processed at least three (3) days in advance.
   The Work Permit has a maximum validity of seven (7) days only.   
4. Observe Noisy Hours. Morning at 10:00 AM to 12 NN and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the afternoon.
5. The Safety Officer (for renovations) & Supervisor must be present at the work area at all times. 
6. Absence of Supervisor & Safety Officer (for renovations) is ground for work stoppage - workers will have to vacate the area.     
7. Workers must display their "Worker Pass" I.D. at all times and must be in their proper uniform.     
8. Workers are prohibited to use the passenger elevator, use the service elevator ONLY.     
9. Compliance to building House Rules & Regulations and renovation guidelines is a must.
